  • Oatmeal (Red Mill)

  • Peppers, (red, green, yellow) garlic, onions, herbs, basil, etc.

  • Strawberries

For your proteins, we suggest:

  • Costco & EatWell brand turkey pattes

  • Grass Fed Beef

  • Lean Chicken

  • Raw Almonds

  • Salmon

  • Talapia

  • Turkey

For your veggies:

  • Asparagus

  • Broccoli

  • Brussel Sprouts

  • Cauliflower

  • Celery

  • Cucumber

  • Eggplant

  • Garlic

  • Green Peppers

  • Mushrooms

  • Onions

  • Red Peppers

  • Romaine Lettuce

  • Spinach

  • Tomato

  • Yellow Peppers

  • Zucchini

Oil's, Dressings & Condiments:

  • Lemon & Olive Oil

  • Mustard

  • Salsa

  • Vinaigrette Dressing - No Sugar

What to drink for 10 days?

  • Water

We suggest keeping it simple! It's only 10 days. The objective is fast, but healthy results that prove the disaster that sugar causes to our bodies. You will be very happy you did this! Even if its just for the proof.
